BGV C1 Controllers - CM ProCommander BGV C1 Control System

The CM ProCommander Control Systems offer motion control of electric chain hoists for all types of rigging applications. Up to 96 motors can be controlled at the push of a button.

Available in four models, approved to the German safety regulation BGV-C1 for overhead rigging. The ProCommander is available as a basic manual control unit or a fully computerized variable speed system with built in load monitoring.

This new line of control systems was designed and manufactured in collaboration by Fulling & Partner GmbH of Germany with Mitsubishi Electric.

Model Pro-M

This basic manual controller is a cost effective and simple means of controlling BGV-C1 hoists.

MODEL PRO-Mr
  • 4, 6 or 8 Channels expandable by linking control units. 19 rack mountable central controller
  • Remote operation desk with run and emergency stop buttons supplied with 15m cable
  • Monitors the hoist safety features and indicates problems

Model Pro-F

The Pro-F model is a fully computerised 8-channel hoist control system based on industrial PLC technology. The unit is capable of fixed speed operation of CM BGV-C1 Lodestar and Varistar hoists along with conventional (BGV-D8) Lodestar hoists (fitted with encoders and using appropriate adapters).

  • Programmable standard graphical monochrome touch screen remote handset with 145mm screen, connected with a 15m cable. (Longer cable and colour remote handset available)
  • Personal computer only for visualisation and programming. Controller performs all processing operations with remote handset show control
  • Hoist position accuracy of +/- 1mm
  • Mains input 32A cee-form connection. Output to Hoist 24 pin Harting connection

Model Pro-FL

Based on the Model Pro-F controller, the Pro-FL provides full load monitoring feedback to the PC and remote when connected to compatible load-sensing devices. All BGV-C1 Lodestar and Varistar hoists have a built in load sensor which can be fitted to standard hoists as an option.

The Pro-V system is able to provide variable speed operation from appropriately configured hoists.

  • Speeds selectable from 5 to 100 Hz. Speed setting can be adjusted by using graphical touch screen or optional PC
  • 8 channel standard expandable by linking control units with master and slave architecture
  • Programmable standard graphical monochrome touch screen remote handset with 145mm screen, connected to rack with a 15m cable. (Longer cable and colour remote handset available)
