Woodlite make an investment in hoisting safety with LoadGuard from LTM.

Sweden; At the forefront of the Scandinavian rental market, Woodlite SE have always known the importance of investing in the best equipment and technology for their clients, so it comes as no surprise that they are leading the way in putting safety first with their rapidly growing fleet of LoadGuard® Category-A chain hoists.

The LoadGuard® hoists, offered by Lift Turn Move, are supplied to British Standard BS7905-1 so they are suitable for lifting or suspending loads above people without additional safety measures. This benefits Woodlite's customers because it not only helps reduce rigging time, but also reduces the time spent working at height.

With an existing fleet of over 60 LoadGuard Category-A hoists that are available to rent in capacities ranging from 500kg - 2000kg, Woodlite's future is with the LoadGuard® range and they are looking to expand even further.

Woodlite CEO, Magnus Jansson comments "We have dealt with LTM for many years now, so when Dan introduced us to the LoadGuard® at Pro Light & Sound three years ago we were keen to take a look. We immediately saw the advantages of these hoists; the fact that our customers can use the hoist without additional safety points being rigged is a real bonus both for us and our customers. LTM have also recently supplied a BGV-C1 system at the Stockholm Waterfront Theatre, again, in Sweden. This, in addition to the investment that Woodlite have made in LoadGuard Category-A hoists shows that companies are taking safety seriously and the Scandinavian market are leading the way.
